How we match and order care

Results must match your selected service, animals, pet count, area, care needs and home preferences. Providers must have an eligible application, a published profile, an active service and cancellation policy, and an active service area in a live launch zone. Dates are checked against declared availability and remaining capacity.

Results currently use a consistent provider-and-service order for paging, not a best-provider score or a nearest-first ranking. More candidates may remain after each batch. New providers do not need reviews to appear if they meet the same requirements.

Pro subscriptions, declining an unaccepted request, and insurance status do not change this search order. A search match does not confirm a booking or independently verify every provider-declared detail. Availability and eligibility are checked again when you request care.
