Safety with scope and dates

Trust signals should inform—not overpromise.

No screening eliminates risk. PET NANNY HOME STAYS does not provide or guarantee provider insurance, and it is not creating a platform guarantee or emergency fund.

Every person who independently performs care

Each caregiver needs an individual identity and current status. Shared caregiver logins are not acceptable.

Insurance Verified

Reviewed documentation, not a PET NANNY HOME STAYS policy

An insurance badge requires reviewed, current documentation with scope and limitations. Missing verification does not mean a caregiver is uninsured. The examples here are not credentials for a particular caregiver.

Active booking only

Caregiver location is not public

Live location sharing is not available yet. Our planned access policy limits precise location to the authorized booking owner during active service, with no public tracking link.

Sensitive access follows the booking clock.

These are the intended access boundaries. Live location, verified arrival and entry access depend on services that are not connected yet; a preview cannot unlock them.

Urgent Help should open a trackable case—not a black box.

Eligible booking participants can open an encrypted categorized case, add encrypted written evidence, and follow a dated history. Separately authorized staff can claim cases, record human decisions and remedy recommendations, and preserve a 14-day independent appeal path. Staffing and measured response targets are not activated yet.

  1. 01Categorize

Safety, medical, missing pet, access, care quality, payment, or another defined issue.

  2. 02Open a case

Issue a case number, show its stage and owner, and preserve relevant booking evidence.

  3. 03Set the next update

Display the next promised update time or an honest delayed state.

  4. 04Decide and explain

Record evidence considered, decision, policy basis, and any remedy.

  5. 05Appeal or close

Offer a visible appeal path where eligible and retain the final outcome.

Case actions stay separate from consequences.

Assignment, evidence, decision, remedy, notice, and appeal are distinct records. Nothing automatically changes a booking, payment, refund, screening result, account standing, or ranking.

Owner-controlled emergency authorizationVersioned instructions must travel with the active booking.

Veterinary contact, transport permission, treatment limits, spending authorization, emergency contacts, and consent history are now encrypted, versioned per booking and pet, stale-labeled, and read-audited for the assigned eligible caregiver. They remain owner instructions—not insurance, veterinary advice, financing, or guaranteed payment.

Interactive case-state contract

A report should never disappear into a black box.

Move through only permitted stages. Automated signals may prioritize work, but a person must own evidence, decision, remedy, communication, and eligible appeal.
