Define the business you control
Marketplace participation does not turn an independent provider into a PET NANNY HOME STAYS employee.
- Choose services, base rates, add-ons, service area, travel limits, and availability.
- Set pet-fit, vaccination, behavior, meet-and-greet, cancellation, and acceptance policies.
- Know which clients came from the marketplace and which belong to your own business.
Make capacity real
A calendar without capacity rules can still create unsafe conflicts.
- Set overnight, daytime, visit, vehicle, room, and caregiver limits where relevant.
- Include travel, cleaning, handoff, rest, and separation buffers.
- Disclose household members, resident animals, cameras, sleeping, crates, and unattended time.
Prepare every caregiver
One person’s identity, agreement, or screening never covers someone else.
- Give each independently caring person an individual account and role.
- Prepare emergency, veterinary, escape, aggression, property, and safety procedures.
- Complete individual screening only after the business profile receives conditional approval.
